Outages can happen for many reasons, including weather, planned maintenance, or equipment failure. It is always important for us all to be prepared for outages and even more important now during fire season! I encourage folks who are medically vulnerable and have equipment that requires electricity to add their name to a list of customers who may receive extra notifications and services in case of an extended outage.
