Mr. Kearns,
Was hoping to chat with you regarding a "re-assessment" of a connection charge that we received from Spokane County. The business first opened in 2005, and has grown, which we had hoped. The County has now reassessed
our connection fee from 2005 and sent us a bill for just under $18,000. I have questions, and concerns, and I hope to talk with you soon. I spoke to Tim Murrell from Whitworth Water District and he suggested a chat with you, if for nothing else, clarification.
