I have also attached a redline of the ZTA with the bare minimum changes I think should be
made. However, I am extremely frustrated that the process is debating what regulations to put
on data centers, rather than if we should even accept them.

Hi Commissioner Waldref,
My name is Spencer Lambdin and I testified at the meeting yesterday (the one who kinda
got kicked out). I am currently sending a large public data records request for Al French's
communications with Apricus and Capitol Path Consulting.
However, the County Public Records average days to close is 50.4 with a median of 6
days, meaning large requests take forever to complete. With the 60 day timeline for public
hearing, I will most likely not receive the data before the hearing, let alone be able to parse
through it. Is there anything you or your office could do to help expedite this?
