Hello Executive Committee, Attached is the agenda for this week’s Executive Committee meeting, scheduled for Thursday, April 16, from 12:00–1:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. We have several items requiring a vote, including the selection of the CEO final candidate for approval to the full Board. As you know, two final CEO candidates were presented to the full Board on April 8. Feedback was collected from both Board members and staff. The Search Committee will review this feedback, along with the scoring matrix, at its meeting on April 14. Following this review, the Committee will be prepared to submit a final candidate recommendation to the Executive Committee for a vote, and subsequently to the full Board at a special convening April 17 virtual meeting for approval to extend an offer.
