In section 14.480.180 Specific Standards for all Data Centers - item 2, reads "Any new or expanded electric distribution infrastructure, including distribution substations, shall located onsite or immediately adjacent to the Data Center site. This is too broad of language. As distribution infrastructure may need to be beefed up at several points within our system. It really depends on the flow analysis. I think that the language should instead ready "Any substation dedicated solely to serve the Data Center, shall be located onsite or immediately adjacent to the Data Center site."
