Attachments listed in source PDF: image002.png; image003.png Spencer, Thank you for your comments. Planning staff reads every comment, we record them in a matrix, and document our response. For comments through the August 27 PC meeting, that matrix will go the PC members in advance of the September 17 Meeting. The draft from August 14/27 was not substantively changed in order to give the PC and public a chance to make initial comments. Staff will incorporate relevant ideas and any new data into the next draft for the 09/17 PC meeting. We will post that draft by 09/10. Scott R. Hi Rona, Thank you for helping to mediate the city planning meeting with all of the conflict going on. I am sorry if I've overstepped in the meetings, but I will always speak out against blatant corruption, as is occuring quite obviously with the board of commissioners. I have attached my comments and a redlined ZTA with the bare minimum changes necessary to make it an adequate document. I would like feedback from the city planning team specific to my documents so that I can confirm they are actually reading public comments. Thank you, Spencer Lambdin
