For comments through the August 27 PC meeting, that matrix will go the PC members in advance of the September 17 Meeting. The draft from August 14/27 was not substantively changed in order to give the PC and public a chance to make initial comments. Staff will incorporate relevant ideas and any new data into the next draft for the 09/17 PC meeting. We will post that draft by 09/10. Scott R.
