I’m seeing that House Bill 2266 was prefiled to encourage permanent supportive housing, emergency shelters, and transitional housing through city and county zoning. If adopted, permanent supportive housing must be permitted in any areas not zoned for residential use and there could not be more restrictive codes for these types of housing that other types of residential development.
