If you or someone else with the City of Airway Heights needs access in order to submit reimbursement requests, let me know and I will add them. Reimbursement Requests for ARPA Agreement I am going to add 4 budget categories in CMS that match the 4 projects/tasks listed in the contract scope of work. For each of the projects, your reimbursement requests will need to provide invoices of actual projects costs incurred by the City of Airway Heights or the city of Spokane after 03/15/2021 and prior to October 30, 2026. I will leave it up to you and the City of Spokane to document the reimbursement amount based on the agreed upon Airway Heights share of each project. The documentation needs to be sufficient for a state/federal audit review. If possible we would prefer that each reimbursement request be less than $5M, otherwise I have to get special approval to pay the reimbursement because of spending authority limits.
