Hi Scott, The data center conversation has moved from planning departments to front pages, and it's heating up across the country. Ballot measures, recall efforts, state legislation. But the loudest voices aren't the whole story. We just surveyed 1,909 residents nationally on data center sentiment. 33% neither support nor oppose them. When you ask about a project in their own community, another 26% sit in the same middle. Most leaders are hearing from roughly 30% on either side and missing the third of their community still making up their minds. That's where decisions are getting made right now. Communities are under pressure, with incomplete information about what residents actually believe. Would seeing the data up close be useful?
