Good afternoon, Commissioners, Attached, please find a completed draft of the Essential Public Facilities application that would be submitted to our Planning Department if we move forward with the EPF process for siting the Justice Center. The draft was prepared by Jim Emacio, Mike Sparber, and me, after discussion with Scott Chesney and Jamie Strother from Planning. We will plan to have the resolution that would allow us to submit this application on the April 28 Legislative Agenda but wanted to provide this ahead of time in case you have any questions or concerns.
