Bill, The City of Spokane breakdown their water rates for golf courses with an attempt to keep 18 hole courses under 40 M gal per year and 9 hole courses under 20 M gal/year. I’ll be contacting them on some other items this week and will include this as a general inquiry on how golf courses are doing at staying under these limits.
