Good afternoon, At last week’s Plan Commission Meeting, significant time was spent on the data center draft ordinance discussion. The Plan Commissioner’s voted to extend the meeting to Thursday, 9/3 at 9:00am in order to give the Comprehensive Plan elements their due. At this meeting, staff will be presenting the FEIS Preferred Alternative and Urban Zoning Area with the tentative goal to have the FEIS published October 1st. The Board of County Commissioner’s have published the dates for upcoming data center hearings (below). Those testifying will be allowed three minutes and be limited to addressing the pause in Data Center land use and permit applications.
