Les, Here is what I got back from our team in Public Works: “I just spoke with Avista person on site. They are preparing for the next Polygram for the Wildland Fire protection. They will be placing all power underground throughout this entire area. Right now they are in the very early stages of preparation and are just locating all utilities so they can plan when/where to place the new power. This will not start until possibly late April/May depending on the Jamieson/Hilby project completion.
