Hi Bill: I spoke with Greg Meinzer, who is serving as interim City Administrator. I asked him if a zoom call would be okay when he returns, and he is open to it and happy to share their experience. He is forwarding a few articles to chew on in the interim, but in general he said they have been good for the community. Apparently Microsoft just celebrated their 20th year anniversary of operating there. He says the significant consumption around energy use and water use have not materialize for them.
