As this process continues, some projects have been reprioritized to reflect updated information. All project details and rationale are included in the revised spreadsheet. This list is intended to serve as a starting point for committee discussion on how to prioritize funding recommendations for the 2027-2029 biennium. While the April 6th committee meeting has been extended to two hours, committee members are encouraged to review all applications and accompanying materials ahead of the meeting. Additionally, if a committee member does not intend to attend the meeting, please provide your comments to staff no later than April 4, so that they can be shared with the committee.
