I wanted to follow up on a conversation I know was had back around a TAC letter to be sent to PC regarding our alignment of comments and update as a group. Did we ever get that document formalized? If not, I would bring that forth for discussion again, as I know the UGA expansion discussion will be had by the Growth Management Steering Committee later this month, and I want to ensure that there's the proper degree of discussion around ensuring the UGA doesn't expand to encompass more of the Hangman/Thorpe area, as that's been a major focal point of future protections by this group and subsequent comments to the Rural and Natural Lands Chapter. I do know there is a developer who is looking to pitch expansion directly into this corridor, hence why I bring this up again. I would defer to Tate, planning and perhaps Kerry for further context on this, but would be happy to help draft something up as needed.
